Trial terms

These terms cover the free 30-day trial of Wola, which is operated by Synsify. By starting a trial you accept them.

The trial

• The trial is free, needs no card, and lasts 30 days from the day you start it.
• It is for evaluating Wola. It is not a live service: nothing in it moves real money.
• When it ends, nobody can sign in to it. We keep it for 60 days in case you want to continue, then delete it.
• Carrying on after the trial is a separate agreement with its own price. Starting a trial commits you to nothing.

What to put in it

• Use practice data. Please do not enter real salaries, real loan balances, bank details or identity numbers.
• You may use the names and work email addresses of your own colleagues if you are entitled to share them.
• You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they do in your trial.

Email

• A trial can send email only to you and your own organisation's addresses (for a personal address such as Gmail, only to you), and only a limited number of messages in total.
• These limits protect other people from unwanted email, and they cannot be changed during a trial.

Using it properly

Please do not:

• try to get around the trial's limits, or to reach any organisation's data but your own;
• probe, overload or attack the service, or sign up automatically or in bulk;
• use it to send messages to people who have not asked for them, or to store anything unlawful.

We may suspend or end a trial that breaks these rules, without notice where the risk is serious.

No guarantees during the trial

The trial is provided as it is, with no promise of availability and no support commitment. We do our best to keep it running and to keep your information safe, but to the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from a free trial.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of Uganda.
